  1. what were you expecting to happen when you sat out in the quad during lunch? i'm not trying to argue with you because what you did was horribly beautiful. but i've just been thinking about people's reactions... is there an appropriate response? standing there and just watching you or walking away after understanding and admiring what you did seems insufficient, and turning your demonstration into a photoshoot is just wrong... it's great that you woke up some people to what's really going on. we hear about it, we know it's there, but seeing it in our school yard where we're supposed to be comfortable just opens our eyes that there are people in this exact position in places that used to be home to them... well i shouldn't be telling you that since you already know... i just feel like what you did is open-ended which is good because it gets people thinking.. but what next? after opening eyes and revealing how screwed up some of our schoolmates are, is there anything more? i'm not waiting for you to come up with the next step since we should all be taking initiative but i rarely talk to you and i wanted to hear your thoughts on this. i have my own feelings on politics but i've never been able to put them into words, it's nice to hear someone else so eloquently voice their opinions even if i don't entirely agree (nor disagree, i just like to learn)
